Eileen our Broker
Like many Floridians in Palm Beach County, Eileen McNamara Vecchio is from Long Island. She graduated with a Business degree from New York Institute of Technology and after working in Manhattan for a large corporation for several years she became fascinated with the real estate market and began reading books on her own about investing in real estate.
While looking for investment property, she became interested in real estate sales. While still in 20’s, she owned four properties and had closed on 38 homes in her first year of real estate. She continued her success in real estate sales and was the Company Top Producer in the following years - never falling out of the top five in production.
Eileen and her husband relocated to Hilton Head Island, SC where they had their own real estate company and in 2002 they relocated with their three children to Boca Raton, FL.
Eileen’s most proud of raising three successful children while in real estate. They are all successful in their own right with her son, Dallan, a third year Law Student at Barry Law in Orlando, her daughter, Brenna, a 2016 graduate of UCF is currently attending NYU Grad School for Real Estate Development & Finance, while working for a major commercial real estate firm in Manhattan, and her youngest daughter, Mackenzie, just graduated from Florida State University and is now at Florida Atlantic University enrolled in their Geo Sciences PHD program. Real Estate is a wonderful career for parents, since you can make your own schedule.

My Family and I moved here from Michigan to finally accomplish our dream of living in the sunshine! We quickly realized that it was a rat race to solidify any home that we were interested in because the market in Boca Raton was so fast pace! We had another realtor before meeting Marcus and we learned that he was a huge part of the problem and not much a part of the solution. Although our realtor at the time talked a great talk, he just wasn't fast enough, I would find house after house, and say let's see them, and he would schedule them for a few days from now as he was a very busy realtor. We lost out on EVERY house and felt even more discouraged. Well my sister had used Marcus as her realtor when she was looking for a rental and I had joined her during her seek and just loved Marcus instantly! He is so freely good spirited and Professional all at the same time. I remember her always going and looking for rentals because her realtor would not stop helping. They looked at 4-5 a night until she found the one! Immediately, Marcus became my solution! He did everything he could to get me in to see the houses I wanted to see first thing in the morning, and within a day I had found a house, and then decided on another one after I had already put in a counter offer on the first one. No problem for Marcus, he did the paper work for the change VERY quickly and kept everyone happy. When I wanted to see the second house that I wanted it had only been on the market for two hours and I said to Marcus that I had to go see that one now before it is taken, we were there within 30 minutes! He rearranged all of his prior obligations because he knew of my previous troubles. I had an offer in within an hour. Turns out, the house ended up having several offers, way over asking price and we had offered asking price. Marcus worked his magic with the listing realtor and together with the homeowner decided that it was moral to choose us because we had our offer in first! Marcus was very Professional Very Kind but above all he became a friend to our whole family! I would recommend Marcus for all of your real estate needs.
