Benefits of VA Loans
There are so many benefits active duty, veterans, and service members are entitled to via the Montgomery GI Bill, that every honorably discharged or active duty serviceman-woman should inquire about. The principle behind the VA loan is to honor those servicemen and women who honorably served their country by providing benefits such as increased buying power, no down payment, or extravagant fees in order to make homeownership affordable. My Family and I moved here from Michigan to finally accomplish our dream of living in the sunshine! We quickly realized that it was a rat race to solidify any home that we were interested in because the market in Boca Raton was so fast pace! We had another realtor before meeting Marcus and we learned that he was a huge part of the problem and not much a part of the solution. Although our realtor at the time talked a great talk, he just wasn't fast enough, I would find house after house, and say let's see them, and he would schedule them for a few days from now as he was a very busy realtor. We lost out on EVERY house and felt even more discouraged. Well my sister had used Marcus as her realtor when she was looking for a rental and I had joined her during her seek and just loved Marcus instantly! He is so freely good spirited and Professional all at the same time. I remember her always going and looking for rentals because her realtor would not stop helping. They looked at 4-5 a night until she found the one! Immediately, Marcus became my solution! He did everything he could to get me in to see the houses I wanted to see first thing in the morning, and within a day I had found a house, and then decided on another one after I had already put in a counter offer on the first one. No problem for Marcus, he did the paper work for the change VERY quickly and kept everyone happy. When I wanted to see the second house that I wanted it had only been on the market for two hours and I said to Marcus that I had to go see that one now before it is taken, we were there within 30 minutes! He rearranged all of his prior obligations because he knew of my previous troubles. I had an offer in within an hour. Turns out, the house ended up having several offers, way over asking price and we had offered asking price. Marcus worked his magic with the listing realtor and together with the homeowner decided that it was moral to choose us because we had our offer in first! Marcus was very Professional Very Kind but above all he became a friend to our whole family! I would recommend Marcus for all of your real estate needs.
